Welcome!

We have had several visitors to the site recently and I wanted to take a moment to explain AHuntersTales!

This site launched in 2009 as a place to post some of our hunting adventures! It was created all for fun, sometimes as an outlet for a few folks to write about their pastime. It remained very active for the better part of 4 years. Almost every post is about the outdoors, with the few exceptions being posts about major life memories. Some tougher than others.

It was busy for several years. Then life happened! Kids have come, they grow, they become more active and it became much harder to keep up with the site.

But it’s still here.

While not nearly as active in posting, it’s now become more of a library of old hunting stories we wrote over time.

Please feel free to look back at many of the adventures of a while back … and a really long while back!
